END OF YEAR BANQUET

The 2024 Welland Slo-Pitch League Banquet will be taking place on Saturday, November 9th at the Welland International Flatwater Centre Banquet Hall (16 Townline Tunnel Road, Welland, ON). The doors will be open at 6:00 pm and the elimination draw will begin at 7:00 pm. We will be wrapping up the night at midnight.

Tickets for the banquet are $20 each. Included in the ticket price is entry into the elimination draw, dinner, and a night of fun and dancing. Tickets will be available for purchase at the year end meeting on Wednesday, October 9th 7:00 PM or you can pre order your tickets now to lock down your spots. Spouses/significant others are more than welcome to join us.

The Elimination Draw

First number drawn: Niagara Falls tour package from Walk Niagara Tours (includes Hornblower Boat, Journey Behind The Falls and a guided walking tour).

Every 10 numbers drawn: Variety of gift cards and swag.

Final number drawn: $500 cash

We will also be doing a 50/50 draw ($5 each or 3 for $10) and there will be the custom glove raffle that was started at the beginning of the year. The funds from these will be going towards the AED fund.

The Dinner

Will be catered by one of our own league members, Sweet Treats and Luncheon Meets.

On the menu will be:

• Beef on a Bun
• Chicken Pieces
• Meatballs and Sausage with Penne
• Roasted Potatoes
• Ceasar Salad
• Garden Salad
• Dessert Tray
• Fruit and Veggie trays

The Bar

This will be a licenced event and a variety of drinks will be available to purchase at a cash bar (debit available).
